What's new with Linda's Enamels

Site Remodel

We have taken this opportunity to reconfigure our site.  No longer a "commerce" site but a presentation/portfolio and informational site.  Most of our most popular and favorite pieces will be viewable under one of several pages; Buttons, Necklaces, Earrings, Pins, and more.  Within each page is a description of how the piece is made and photo gallery of representative images.  Be patient. You can still make purchases and order pieces you had seen at Vogue Live NYC, or Stitches West '19 by contacting Linda directly.  Please don't hesitate to email with questions or requests for one of our creations.

We had a wonderful experience joining the many other vendors at the Vogue show.  It was everything we expected.  The guests/participants were terrific and very appreciative of Linda's creations.  We sold lots of buttons and jewelry items.  Our booth had to be redesigned to accomodate the stringent requirements of cross-country air travel.  Good thing too, it work better, presented our products in a cleaner simpler, less cluttered manner.  The reward was excellent sales numbers. We sold lots of buttons (as expected) and an even distribution of pins, necklaces, shawl pins, and earrings.

The booth is cleaner and better organized to
present to you our customer the variety of creations that come out of our shop.  In the foreground are buttons, ceramic and enamel on copper.  Toward the rear of the foreground table are pins, brooches, and shawl pins.

Since our last show, Stitches West we at Enamels By Linda have been developing more products including new button designs, all enamel on copper in a range of sizes from 1/2" to 1.5".  Based on your input we have more shawl pins with great floral motifs.  Thanks to your interest we have increased our selection of earrings, necklaces and pins.  I know you will love our new products!

We have two shows coming up!  The first will be  VOGUE KNITTING LIVE, January 25-27, 2019 at the
Marriott Marquis in New York City.  Visit us at booth #1103.

Then a return to STITCHES WEST, February 22-24, 2019 at the Santa Clara Convention Center.  Check their show catalog for more info or the Stitches site.

Looking forward to seeing our return customers again and to making new friends!

What a great experience! Again.  All those who visited our booth were terrific!  Both my fellow vendors and those in attendance were most complementary and appreciative of my artistry and execution of concept.  There is no better complement than to have people recognize the quality and craftsmenship  of the items I present and offer for sale.  This was a very successful show on many levels!  I walk away at the end of the weekend both exhausted and enthused looking forward to next year.  Yes, I will return to Stitches West '19.  Look for me again.  A

I will have expanded lines of enamel buttons thanks to the input of my marvelous new and repeat customers.  I will continue to produce lovely snag-free shawl pins  with new designs.  Expect to see again my jewelry lines of   necklaces, and earrings, and pins.  Don't forget that lapel pins look great on lapels and hats and on shawls and.....

Check this website for new items and expanded current lines of product!

Thank you all for visiting and supporting "Enamels by Linda".  Nothing makes me happier than to provide the perfect button to complement a handmade woven or sewn item.  Nothing makes me happier than to see the smile on someone walking out of my booth wearing their new necklace with delight on their face.  I love making items that make people happy.  Continue to visit us at Stitches! See you next year!

Some items can be purchased through this site.  If you have difficulty ordering or finding the special item you have been searching for, do not hesitate to contact me.  I promise to get back to you promptly.

Be aware that many items I offer are in limited quantity and available only as long as inventory lasts.
Many items you have seen at Stitches or even on this site are one of a kind by virtue of the fluid nature of the enameling process,  materials used and some colors and designs will have variation.

My enamel buttons at knitting show

Last week we attended our "first-ever" show at Stitches West 2017 at the Santa Clara Convention Center.  I can't say enough good things about this venue.  It was very well organized and the Hyatt on the premises had many wonderful sitting areas and dining options. We got so much enjoyment out of attending - we got a lot of good feedback from other vendors and customers. We are pleased to say that we intend to register for next year - with a more target selection of product designed to please the knitter.  We can hardly wait! In the meantime, we learned  much thanks to advise from fellow vendors and visitors and will continue to evolve the look and functionality of our booth and product development.

Thank you all for being so kind and supportive of the our designs!

This is a slideshow of our booth. All of the buttons we make are hand-cut and carefully prepped prior to enameling and firing in the kiln. They are hand washable, as they are made of glass fused to metal.
