Earrings
The tiered earring on the model is just one of many styles I make.
Please look through this page to view more designs. There are many, but those posted are the most popular and representative of the collection. I use only sterling silver posts and components for example the hoops with posts are made in my studio.
You want to know what to expect to pay for my lovely creations...
The smallest enamel flower with simple ear wire for example is $15.00/pr, The popular "dots" come in a variety of colors and are 5/16 inch diameter have sterling post are priced at $30.00/pr. On the other end of the spectrum is the tiered flowers as seen on the photo to the right, these are priced at $200.00/pr. In the middle would be the 1 inch flower for $50.00/pr. Prices are determined by the type of ear wire, and complexity of enameling process applied. for example, the solid colors tend to be less than the multi-coated transparants. Please take the time to scroll down this page to learn of the process I engage in to produce my earrings and to view a wide selection available in this collection.

Making Earrings
|
Once I have design that I want to create, I draw it on copper or silver, cut it out, form it, then apply enamel. The application of enamel may repeat multiple times with an equal number of firings in the kiln. |
Many steps are involved in the creation of a piece of jewelry.
In this case the tiered earring. The forming of the copper, applying and evenly coating with enamel. This step may required just in the enameling process often with many firings in the kiln. I make my own ear wire as you can see. Watch the slide show to the right. |
